The microprocessor form DAM02 allows the measurement of 16 temperature points using PT100 drills. The measured data are then available by serial interface RS 232 / 422 / 485 allowing the remote visualisation. As every single unit has a unique address it is possible to extend the measurement point up to a limit of 2048 channels on a single serial line. The form is produced in CMOS technology and it is equipped with a microcontroller of the MCS51 family. The conditioning circuits of the PT100 signals are produced, on the contrary, by hybrid technology and so they offer a durable stability. The unit can be fed by alternating current at 220V and presents a limited current consumption. The communication interface is galvanically separated from he remaining circuit allowing a high immunity against disturbs. The measurement precision is about on 0.1°C while the 0-100°C range resolution is of 0.02 °C. On the form there are also 2 relay outputs and a fast digital input. The assembly of this form is made by DIN guide. Thanks to the flexibility of this form the applications deal with all the fields where it is necessary to measure in a precise way a notable number of temperatures.
