The compact control unit Cellomat is able to control a whole cold chamber with all its components. The Cellomat has a graphical touch screen which shows the measurement data and the user interface. The Cellomat unit can function independently as a stand alone control or in combination with other Cellomat units as a control system.
A Cellomat device can be integrated easily in an existing Elmed US2000 control system. It's fully configurable and controllable by the US2000 PC software. The central control Pc is connected with each Cellomat unit through a serial communication bus. The software shows all the measured values, the warnings and alarm cases. The measured values are stored permanently and can be shown in form of numerical tables and graphical diagrams.
The unit can also be used to control a group of Freon-compressors. 2 compressors , one at a time, are started or stopped when the pressure reaches the set-point. Even the suction-function is available. The Cellomat unit uses the proven and reliable hybrid technology for each measured value. So the Cellomat guarantees a high accuracy and various sensor types can be used. Also 4 – 20 mA sensors can be collected easily. The set points of the temperature control can be set in a wide range -25°C .. +20°C.
