The SMS020 Oxygen sensor is used to measure oxygen in fruit stores. The measurement cell is constituted by an electrolytic substance “Oxygen” and produces linear output current. By the internal electronic elements the output current is transformed in an output tension. The output tension is proportional to oxygen.
